Newark Airport Transportation & Services

 We are planning to take our favorite Newark airport transportation to visit the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum once their new arrival is in place.  With the excitement of New York City being chosen as one of the resting spots for one of the four retired space shuttles comes an excuse to treat ourselves to special transportation.  That’s why we’ve chosen American City Express Limo as our Newark airport transportation for our outing; we just want to make the entire day a special day and we know this Newark airport transportation car service can help us do just that.

We still can’t get over seeing the space shuttle prototype, Enterprise, riding on a NASA 747 Shuttle Carrier aircraft, as it flew over New York City and the Statue of Liberty!  The retired space shuttle was heading to JFK on its way to its final destination at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in Manhattan.

Maybe you were one of the lucky people who got to greet the shuttle as it landed at JFK.  If you were, you would have been among NASA dignitaries, school children, and actor Leonard Nimoy.  It would have been fun to see “Spock” reunited with the Enterprise.

When they chose the destinations, one of the considerations was to expose a new audience to space exploration awareness.  Manhattan was a perfect choice.  We certainly are excited to see the shuttle up close.  We’re sure the people around Los Angeles, Cape Canaveral, and the Smithsonian are just as excited, too.

We will be waiting for the Enterprise to be moved via tugboat up the Hudson River later this summer when it will be hoisted via a crane onto the deck of the retired aircraft carrier, the Intrepid.  Once in place, we will be reserving our Newark airport transportation to travel to see the new addition at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum!  We are sure we will be ending the summer on a special note.
